As a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor, I use a combination of evidence-based and holistic approaches. Through providing in-person and online therapy - I help people to recognize and let go of negative patterns, and create empowering beliefs and habits.

Providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to explore your challenges, and gain the insight and confidence to take control of your life. With my guidance, you could gain the clarity and focus to create meaningful and lasting change. I also offer specialized support for individuals diagnosed with crohn’s and/or colitis.

Using therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, I help individuals in the areas of addiction, trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and chronic pain/illness. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, I aim to help clients increase their cognitive, emotional, and behavioural regulation.

Along with 7 years of mental health experience - I spend my time as a Researcher for the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) and the Heroic Hearts Project.
