As a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor with 8 years of experience in mental health, I integrate evidence-based and holistic approaches to support clients in creating meaningful, lasting change. My therapeutic style is rooted in mindfulness, existential exploration, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I work with individuals navigating addiction, PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and chronic pain or illness.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges openly, release unhelpful patterns, and develop empowering beliefs and habits. My goal is to help you strengthen your ability to regulate thoughts, emotions, and behaviours while reconnecting to your sense of purpose. I also offer specialized support for those living with Crohn’s or colitis, drawing from both professional expertise and lived experience.
Alongside my private practice, I work at a rehabilitation centre for substance use, supporting people in recovery with trauma-informed, evidence-based care. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the courage it takes to face suffering and the resilience that can emerge through healing.
Beyond my clinical work, I contribute to the evolving field of psychedelic medicine as a researcher with MAPS Canada, Heroic Hearts Canada, and the Zendo Project, focusing on the therapeutic potential of psychedelics and the development of harm reduction frameworks. This research perspective enriches my practice, allowing me to bridge science, mindfulness, and compassion in service of growth and transformation.
